• June 12:  Trade Zone 30 minute + 2 lap criterium   ** Race Report!
• July  9:   Dulles, VA  20k and 2k races ** new 2 races!  **
• Aug 14:  Trade Zone 26 mile advanced marathons
• Sept 10:  Dulles, VA 30k races

• Events will start at 10am with a 1 lap kids race, advanced/fitness, and then pro/elite
• Points are awarded for each race and accumulated for series champions.
• Men and women will race together but be awarded separately. Cross drafting IS Allowed.
• Fees, kids $10, Adults $30, Team and Family discounts $25 (3 or more together), Capital Racing members $20.
• Overall Top 3 Awards and Division awards for juniors (up to 17), seniors (18-34) and Masters (35 and up). (min. field size required for division)

  We could always use a hand at the races. If you're a spectator or a participant with a little free time before or after your race, please offer to be a race day volunteer. For more information about volunteering or participating in the race, contact Rodney Grabinski.

MD races will be held are at Trade Zone Avenue and Commerce Drive,
Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Directions from Capital Beltway: Beltway (I-495/95) to exit onto Rt. 214 east. Follow Rt. 214 and exit onto Rt. 301 south towards Upper Marlboro. Turn Right onto Tradezone Ave. and then first left onto Prince Georges Blvd. and follow the signs to the parking areas.

Dulles, VA:

Directions from Capitol Beltway:
Beltway (I-495) to either exit onto Route 7 west and turn south onto Route 28, or take Route 50, Route 66, or (recommended) the Dulles Toll Road west and turn north onto Route 28 (Sully Rd.). From Route 28 turn west onto Route 606 (Old Ox Road) and continue for 3 miles. Turn right into the Mercure Business Park and then first left onto Quicksilver Ave. follow the signs to the parking areas.
