Outdoor Skating Sessions
The primary focus of Capital Racing is speed training, pack skating, tactics and skill development for outdoor racing. With members throughout the Washington, Baltimore, Annapolis and Northern Virginia area we are open to suggestions on new locations for training sessions.  Please email us with any ideas.

Tuesdays & Thursdays : Hains Point (1090 Ohio Dr., SW, Washington, DC ) at 6:00 during Daylight Savings Time (April-October). 1 hour of coaching on Tuesdays at 6:30. Enter East Potomac Park on Ohio Drive.

Hains Point, General Directions:

• Find your way to Route 395
• From Maryland or DC head towards Virginia, or from Virginia head towards DC.
• Take the exits marked for Potomac Park
• Follow the signs to the "golf course" or "Hains Point"
• Mapquest Directions

Saturdays: Rock Creek Park starting at 10 am except race weekends, check the calendar. Enter the park on Military Road and go to parking area 6.  At the four-way stop sign you will see the park police station on one side; turn at the intersection to go opposite (away) from the police station to go to parking area 6.
NOTE: Until Rock Creek Park repaving is complete, most skaters are meeting at Hains Point on Saturdays.
